Initial Consultation & Survey
Your home is more than walls and a roof — it’s where life happens. Every home is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all. From the first survey, we focus on your current and future needs, your aspirations, and how you use energy. We look at the bigger picture — heating, running costs, sunlight on your roof, and battery placement.
If you’re unsure, we guide you through the options, explain the technology clearly, and help you choose the right path. As part of our survey, we calculate your ZEB (Zero Energy Building) score — or ZEBO for businesses — showing how close you are to energy independence.

Design & Quotation
Aesthetics matter. We design panel placement to complement your home’s architecture, without interrupting it.
Our proposals include custom designs, predicted generation, system specs, and savings over time. For deeper insight, we offer advanced assessments such as heat-loss calculations for future heat pumps and M² load assessments to understand your building’s energy needs.

Installation
With every installation, we handle all applications — from ALFs (Application Load Forms) to EE40 grid approval with the utility — making a complex process seamless and stress-free. We also carry out self-certification, along with working to the 18th Edition regulations, ensuring your system meets the highest professional standards.
At project start, we visit on-site to hand over the work area and personally introduce you to the team carrying out the works. Communication is key, so you’re kept informed every step. We sweat over the small stuff, so your system feels as considered as your home.

Handover & Information Pack
Once your system is complete, we carry out a post-installation handover — guiding you through the monitoring app, explaining how to get the best from your system, and providing a detailed information pack and site file for your records.
And our service doesn’t stop there: we carry out system health checks, offer technical backup, and are always on hand with advice or answers to any questions, ensuring you’re supported long after the installation is finished.
